“Our Money-Back and CCD Sensor Guarantees
We offer a wide array of products that are used to clean DSLR, mirrorless and cinema / video sensors. Many companies offer similar products, but no other company offers the same guarantee! We guarantee that our Aeroclipse® Digital Sensor Cleaning Fluid, CineSwab® Video Imaging Sensor Cleaner, Eclipse® Optic Cleaning Fluid products will not cause any chemical damage to the CCD or CMOS sensor coating when used in accordance with the instructions provided by the camera manufacturer and/or Photographic Solutions.

If it is determined that these products have attacked (dissolved) the sensor coating, we will reimburse the camera owner for the full cost of repairs upon presentation to us of an electronic proof of purchase showing the date, camera manufacturer’s repair invoice and the damaged sensor. This warranty applies to all cameras in any country. Sensors with scratches are not covered under this warranty. Scratches are caused by failure to fully remove all dust and dirt particles prior to using our products.

Email us for a return authorization and include a copy of the original machine receipt as your proof of purchase of our products (hand written receipts are not acceptable).

Please include a clear digital photo of the damaged sensor at this time. Once we verify all information, we will provide you with the address to send your camera and fully charged battery.

Do NOT include any other accessories other than a lens cap (no lens). US residents will be instructed to send their camera back to us; International residents will be directed to an authorized repair facility in their own country whenever possible, but may have to return it to us in the USA.

To protect the contents of your package, we strongly recommend that you take full insurance and choose a delivery service which requires a signature on delivery. This warranty applies to all DSLR or mirrorless cameras in any country.

Use of non-approved cleaning methods, procedures or products will void this warranty. Sensor Swabs or Sensor Swab® ULTRA digital imaging sensor cleaner must be purchased in original Photographic Solutions packaging which includes the original Photographic Solutions instructions for use. Please note that PEC*PAD® non-abrasive wipes are guaranteed for lenses only, and is not intended for use on sensors.

VIDEO CAMERA USERS : Please call us for specific instructions on where to send your camera for an authorized evaluation, cleaning and , if required, repair.

“We offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. We also offer a one year warranty against manufacturer defects.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products within the first 30 days after purchase, please return it to your retailer for a refund. If you have any problems with our products during the one year warranty period, please return it to us postage paid and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Yes, our products are that good. We offer the same guarantee for our D-SLR Sensor Cleaning Brush™. Our damage free guarantee does not cover the SensorKlear® by LensPen®, nor does it cover using our Delta Optical Wipes for Sensor Cleaning. Due to the sensitivity of sensors with built-in image stabilization (like the Sony A7R II), these types of sensors are not covered by our “Damage Free Guarantee”.

To submit a claim, they will need to provide the following:

Proof of purchase of our products from an authorized dealer
The actual products used that they feel caused the damage
The damaged camera with a fully charged battery
RMA number obtained from us via phone or email
If it is determined that their sensor was damaged by our products while following our and/or the manufacturer’s instructions, we will have your camera repaired at our expense. In most cases, we will have your camera sent straight to one of our two offices for inspection and repair.”
