We are a small family run business and we will remain open as long as it is safe for us to do so. Currently we are still accepting and shipping orders. Our staff are taking relevant precautions when packing and shipping orders, hand washing, using alcohol hand gel etc.
We ship orders mainly via the Post Office and MyHermes, both of which are currently still operational.

IMPORTANT MY-HERMES UPDATE, PLEASE READ:
MyHermes have changed their delivery procedures due to the Covid-19 situation. They are now making contact free deliveries.
NO SIGNATURE DELIVERIES:
All customers selecting the MyHermes no signature service MUST choose a safe place for their delivery.
We will not ship your order until we have received the safe place information.
SIGNED FOR DELIVERIES:
For parcels requiring a signature the MyHermes courier will temporarily sign on your behalf to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. This will ONLY happen when the customer opens the door and gives their name for security reasons. The courier will stay at least two steps away. If there is no answer, the parcel will be returned to their depot, they will re-attempt delivery 3 times.
IMPORTANT ROYAL MAIL UPDATE, PLEASE READ:
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - A notice from Royal Mail.
"For items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of day. Resource implications of the latest coronavirus advice means we may not be able to meet the customer promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times."
Changes to service - Signing for and receiving items- A notice from Royal Mail.
"In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery. We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside."
