Hi, delighted with both products, the screen cleaner is excellent and the protector kit is quite easy to custom fit, though to cut to a good accuracy is easier using a trimmer knife than the suggested scissors.

Hi Peter,
Just to say that the postman has just delivered the order you despatched so promptly. I have applied the Dust-aid to the sensor - just one go and it seems to have worked completely. I also removed some cootton wool swab hairs and dust from the chamber of the camera with my finger -well away form the sensor - don't worry. I tested the Dust aid on my magnifying glass first as it suggests.
I took an exposure straight into the soft box and interpolated the image to 50mb and scanned it at actual pixels in Photoshop (as advised by alamy.com) to check and it seems to be clear. My eyes are not the best but I will ask my wife to double check later. Certainly for all normal usage it is now perfect. And it didn't take that long to do even to say that it was my first attempt.
Didn't seem to need the swabs and fluid - the excitement of that will have to wait for later.
So all the references on you site are perfectly justified. When I read them I thought - "It won't happen for me"
So many many thanks indeed for all you help and advice.

Many thanks again - I've just put an order through for the Multi-pack, a medium rocket blower(hope that's the right size), a magnifying hood (being colour blind I find it really hard to see the screen in daylight) and a bivvy too. I've paid for next day because I'm off for a few days tomorrow - not sure if it'll be too late for then but it would be nice.
I'm so grateful, you've been more help in a few hours with a couple of emails than the City Centre Jessops store! Web store is fantastic, I'll be back! I had become quite downhearted, I bought my 30 D nearly a year ago and I'd noticed the specks on my pictures after the third time I'd used it - I thought they were there forever and was quite fed up.

I just like to add my feedback from the experience i had from from your company from start to finish. I was taking pictures of trees to check the different lenses on my camera when i noticed several darks specs on the LCD view finder in the sky area of the photo's taken. I thought it must be some dust on the front glass/element of the lens attached so i cleaned the lenses i was using. When i returned to taking the same photo's to my horror they were still there.

I thought their was no way i was going to continue taking pictures with these specs showing. You couldn't notice them when taking some photo's depending if you were shooting against a dark or light background.
But that was besides the point not all the photo's i would take would be against dark backgrounds and
it weren't only the backgrounds it would have showed up on anything light in the foreground too.

So my first reaction was this is going to have to be dust trapped in the lens and that i would have to send it off to be professionally cleaned and that would cost me ££££!

So i set about surfing on the internet to see if i could find a reasonably priced place who would be able to do this for me.
To my Luck i stumbled across a company by the name of Just Ltd it had a lot to do with cleaning camera's and stuff after a brief read of the site i gave them a call.

I was passed on to this great chap called Peter who was very polite friendly and totally honest in my view. He first told me to find out the root cause of my specs and then to get back to him. He said from what i'd told him it was very unlikely the Lens that was causing the problem. So he asked me to take the same pictures using different lenses then get back to him and he would advise me where to go from there, so i set about to do that.

It weren't until a few days after i did as he'd told me and to my surprise he was absolutely right in his judgement it was not the Lens i thought Oh My God!
If it's not the Lenses it's got to be my Camera and that i would have to send that off to be cleaned professionally.
I then started reading stuff on different forums and websites about dirt/dust inside the camera that effects the image.
Almost everyone claimed it would be the Sensor in the Camera, then came the shock of reading how much this would cost to be professionally cleaned from the Camera's own service centre.
As i read the forums and websites the more horror stories i began to read of what can go wrong if you damage the sensor in your Camera which is the most important component in the Camera. As one place put it and i quote "If you damage your camera's sensor you have nothing left apart from a very expensive paper weight".
Like that was meant to make me feel better God knows how long i had saved up for my Nikon D2x which was a lot of money for me, I knew as with most things sending to the original manufactures would cost a small fortune.

So having read the Horror stories i gave Peter a call back and explained the situation to him. He then gave me the high's and lows of setting about cleaning my sensor after concluding it was the sensor.

I got to be honest at first i thought am i doing the right thing, but after speaking to Peter even though he did tell me it weren't entirely risk free as it depends on the competence of the person cleaning the sensor he'd put my mind at rest and i had made up my mind i was going to go for it.

He recommended 2 products which was 4-5 times less then what it would have cost me to send off and have it done Professionally don't forget the sending of the Camera plus you'd need to insure it from further damage and then the cost of the Service itself all costs ££££!

He recommended the Sensor Multipack with Type 2 Swabs & a Medium Rocket Blower. Plus i asked him to recommend a good Lens cleaning cloth while i was at it seeing as the saving i was going to make from not having to send it to be done professionally in comparison what a bargain. He then instructed me how to go about using the products in a very informative way in fact i think he went out of his way to help this guy ain't in it just for the money he cares about what does.

I had ordered late in the afternoon and to my surprise it arrived the following morning, I was taken back by the swiftness of it all.

I opened the jiffy and pulled out the content i read the packs plus the information Peter had provided me was still fresh in my mind.
I will be totally honest at this point i was having second thoughts, so i left it for about a week.
I then having fully read my camera's manual about cleaning i set about the task.

I followed Peters clear instructions and as he advised to use the Rocket Blower first before using the Sensor Pack but to hold the camera upside down whilst doing it so any dust particle falls to the ground.

He told me to give a couple of blows away from the camera incase their was a anything else that would be in or around the blowers nozzle that would contaminate the sensor more which i did.Then i gave about 3 blows inside the camera with the Mirror Lock Activated.

I then checked it and took some photo's of the clear sky and guess what BINGO! the dust specs were history.
I didn't even have to use the Sensor Pack but at least i have it which is really good value for money should i need it and it's good for about 5 cleans too.
When weighed up with how much you'd pay to have it done professionally 5 times your in a win, win situation.

So to my conclusion if your looking to clean your sensor and are a bit nervous by thoroughly reading your Camera's manufactures Manual on cleaning the sensor even though most advise to send it in to be cleaned as mine did you can go about it with ease.

So i cannot thank Peter enough if it's old fashion caring informative service you require look no further this is the place to go. If this option does not appeal to you and you got loads of money to throw away send it off to be cleaned as well as the inside of your wallet or purse too.

So thank you a Million Peter it's been a while since i've had the level of service you provide for your customers.

Hi Peter just a word about the multipack sensor cleaning kit I recieved today without doubt a first class product and the advice from yourself could not have been better. Last week I got my nikon D70 back from a Nikon approved repair center I had sent the camera away for the sensor to be cleaned and nearly 4 weeks later and £162.00 lighter in the pocket it was only slightly better than when I sent it being new to photography I was a little worried about cleaning it myself and thats where you guys came in following your advice I now have a practacally spotless sensor even at "F45" setting, so many thanks Peter feel free to post this mail as sensor cleaning is not the demon some would have you think and I will not be sending the camera away for sensor cleaning again once again Thanks.

I received my order the next day...a great start! Frankly, I had been dreading to go through the process of cleaning my sensor for the first time (and it showed... after a year of changing lenses in all types of environment, it was a real rubbish tip!), but the Sensor Swabs and Eclipse 2 were very easy to use and did a fantastic job on my Eos 1DS MkII's full frame sensor. After the last couple of shoots I have had PhotoShop out a wee blob from all my images. Like many, I was a little apprehensive about sticking a wet swap into my expensive DSLR. However, no need to worry, 2 or 3 drops of the solution and a couple of swipes later and the blob has gone - good as new!

I used up two of the sensor cleaners as directed (easy to follow) and hey presto spots have gone (had to rub the two dried on spots a bit) but 4 passes and job done!! so for £25 (I have more swabs left) I have a clean sensor and save myself in excess of £140 thanks a 140 times!!
Have taken a number of pictures of white A4 sheets plus my white back door and the spots are history not a dust spot in sight!!
I will ensure that I recommend your products to my friends who have Digital SLRs (Two of them have Nikons and Nikon will clean free of charge providing delivered to their facility) but there are at least 10 others at work who do not have Nikons

cheers peter, cleaning pack arrived promptly yesterday, and the Nikon D70 sensor is pristine, after correct clean procedure - many thanks.
If i may suggest an addendum to your JUST website info in the 'cleaning sensor with swabs' section; that is that many fora which discuss cleaning sensors on dSLRs, always make sure the battery is fully charged before going into the camera menu to lift the mirror for cleaning. Many people tend to clean their cameras after a shoot having used up power, too often this is the culprit for the mirror clunking back down whilst cleaning is in progress.
(i'm sure you'll know this, but i see it as a get out clause for camera manufacturers when amateurs clean the sensors)

Incidentally, I have been meaning to write and let you know that I have been very impressed with your company’s service. I very much appreciate that old fashioned attentive attitude that comes across, for example emailing to let you know that your order has been dispatched etc. This kind of attitude is all too often a rarity these days. Rest assured though the size of any of my orders are unlikely to make you rich if nothing else I wouldn’t purchase any of my cleaning items from anyone else.

Finally, that Matin Magic Cloth, absolutely fantastic item and would not be without it. So versatile, I can leave the camera on the tripod all day and I just throw this cloth over it keeping any stray dust off, much more handy than constantly putting the camera back in the bag. It’s also great in the car when changing lenses etc or when you want to put the camera down. I just give it a good shake confident that I have a clean scratch free surface to work with.

Very efficient, and much appreciated. Kit arrived today, and after two passes with the swab, my sensor now sparkles like new! I'd made the error of trying to blow some dust away with Air Duster, and a jet of propellant had left a nasty splat. Won't be doing that again any time soon.

I ordered your introduction pack on Monday night, and it arrived this morning, so I immediately set about cleaning the ccd sensor in my Pentax. Although it has never been touched in over a year, it only took the carefull application of two swabs and solution to result in a sparkling sensor- which tests now confirm is dirt and dust-free. Congratulations on a fine product which I shall recommend to all!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently ordered a number of products via your website www.cameraclean.co.uk.
I have no problem with the supplied products, in fact I write to endorse just how useful they have been in restoring the sensor of my Canon EOS 5D back to its full potential. In a true nightmare scenario, I managed to put more contamination on my sensor than I removed. I had been caught out by a lubricated camera baffle that transferred oil to the sensor from the "Brushoff" brush I was using. I am in no way blaming the brush, the supplied instructions made it quite clear that the above could happen, so I knew what I was letting myself in for in advance. Needless to say, when I tested the camera after cleaning with the brush, I was mortified, shocked, depressed and inconsolable when I viewed the results. This was on the Friday of last week. A quick order on your website that same night, and absolutely sterling service (twice) with respect to delivery, meant I received my sensor swabs today.
I've enclosed two photos taken with my Canon EOS 5D showing the difference that cleaning with the "Sensor Swabs Type 3" along with the Eclipse cleaning fluid has made to my sensor. Both photos have had their levels enhanced via Adobe Photoshop - but only to show the contamination more clearly, no other processing has been executed.
For the technically minded, the photos were taken by pointing the camera at my LCD monitor, with the background set to a neutral grey. The aperture was set to F22, and exposure was 2 seconds.
I would be happy for you to use the photos (originals at a higher resolution are available) in any promotional/advertising material you see fit, just to show what may be achieved, and without any financial compensation to me. In this respect, I waive all rights.
Once again, thank you for your products, and the fastest web based delivery service I've ever used in rescuing my camera (but perhaps more importantly - me!) from what I thought was an irreversible situation.

Just a quick email to let you know that the sensor swabs etc arrived safely at the post office yesterday.I plucked up the courage to give the swabs a go last night and I'm really pleased to say that they've worked perfectly! One swab (one left/right wipe) was all it took to do the trick. The sensor now appears to be spotless and I'm delighted!

Thanks very much indeed for all of your help and advice without which I wouldn't have been able to sort this out until I was back home. The instruction leaflet you included was extremely helpful too. Can't thank you enough!

Many thanks for the prompt despatch of my order. It arrived the following day.
I am also pleased to say that it has done the trick and saved me a small fortune in repair costs.
I don't plan to make a habit of getting moisture on the sensor but at least I know that if I am stupid enough to do it again I needn't despair too much as there is a simple solution.

I ordered a pkt of #2 swabs and fluid by telephone. The product arrived next day and I was able to get a very good result on my Nikon D70 using just two swabs.

It had not been cleaned since new (18 months). I was quoted £30+vat from a local Nikon approved dealer for a CCD clean and so I only need to clean my CCD once more and the product has paid for itself.
