Wet Cleaning Made Faster with the DUST-WAND™ KIT
The DUST-WAND™ KIT brings versatility and speed to DSLR sensor filter wet cleaning.
This wet do-it-yourself wrapping kit is a very cost effective way to clean welded-on dust from your entire collection of DSLR camera bodies. The versatility comes from the three included DUST-WAND's needed to clean any sensor aspect ratio, 1.6 (14mm), 1.3 (16mm) and 1.0 (18mm). If you were to buy these separately from our competitors you'd spend about £10, just for the wands!
When it comes to evaporation speed, then there is non faster than ULTRA CLEAN™ cleaning liquid. This non-flammable and non-alcohol based liquid is one of the fastest dissolving liquids on the planet, which makes it virtually impossible for it to seep under the sensor filter frame.
Also included are small cloth clips that are used to hold the cleaning wipe in place. No more having to carry around a roll of tape to hold the wrap, now you can just throw on a clip and the cloth will stay in place.
With the kit comes DUST-CLOTHs™, our non woven wipes. There are 50 cloths per kit which come in a zip lock bag to keep them clean.
To round out the kit you will also receive a travel friendly hard plastic case which everything fits in.

ULTRA CLEAN - The fastest cleaning liquid in the world!
When it comes to evaporation speed, there’s none faster than DUST-AID’s new ULTRA CLEAN sensor filter cleaning liquid. This non-flammable and non-alcohol based liquid is the perfect solution for the traveling photographer.
Why is speed important? With all the new internal dust removal system sensor housings there are some pretty big gaps where liquid can seep down in between the sensor filter frame and the internal components. By having a very fast evaporating liquid you almost eliminate this contamination concern.
Due to the speed of liquid evaporation we recommend that the maximum number of Dust-Wand cleaning swipes on the sensor filter be limited to four. This will ensure that you are not cleaning with an evaporated cloth.

DUST-CLOTH™ sensor wipes
The DUST-CLOTH’s are designed to be used with the DUST-WAND and ULTRA CLEAN in the removal of light oils and the dislodging of welded-on dust. These non woven wipes are manufactured and packaged within a clean room environment.

DUST-CLOTH™ MF - The first ever micro fiber sensor wipe!
DUST-CLOTH MF’s are made from a very soft weave of micro fiber cloth that has been tested repeatedly not to scratch sensor filters or their coatings.
The main benefit to these micro fiber wipes is that they are designed not to produce loose fibers. If you've ever cleaned with non woven wipes and/or swabs then you know what we are talking about.
The sides of the wipes are heat sealed so fibers can't break free. Seeing that when wrapped you are only using the center part of the wipe, the sealed edge will not come close to the sensor filter.
The Dust-Cloth MF wipes are also more absorbent than regular non-woven wipes which helps to reduce excess cleaning fluid escaping the wipe and seeping under the sensor filter frame.
These wipes are sized 3"x3" due to their thickness. This is plenty of cloth to produce a nice wrap and still have a good sight path to the sensor filter.

DUST-WAND™ CLOTH-WRAPPING INSTRUCTIONS
1: Place wand on middle horizontal line while being on left side of the vertical line.
2. Fold the top of cloth on the horizontal line. Grab the top left cloth corner and fold in at an angle away from the wand tip.
3. Grab the top right cloth corner and fold over at an angle to wand tip. Make sure the cloth has sharp folds that are perpendicular to wand tip.
4. Pull the fold over and cinch up the cloth slack.
5: Twist the cloth tight around the wand, making sure that the folds at the wand tip stay sharp.
6. Place the Cloth Clip on the fold to secure it.
7. When using the wrapped swab, make sure not to touch the inner sidewalls of the mirror chamber or you may knock dust free from it.
