Delivery Information
UK Orders
Our goal is to ship all web orders placed by 3.30pm the same day.
For orders within the mainland UK, standard delivery is by First Class Post.
If the order is valued at over £50 the order is usually shipped by recorded mail and a signature will be required.
First Class Post is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. If you require your order urgently, you can select Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service will deliver before 1.00pm the next working day. This applies to the UK mainland only, non-mainland destinations may take longer. Please check with the Royal Mail for delivery times in your location. Items shipped by Special Delivery on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (next working day). If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us directly for details and charges. Order placed after 3.30pm will be shipped the following day. Please note, the Special Delivery option may be suspended when we are away at Photoshows.
If you prefer not to rely on the Royal Mail.
We offer a 3-day courier service, which is a preferred option for heavy items. We use a variety of couriers depending on what part of the UK is being serviced. Normally these orders are collected the day after the order is placed and then delivered within two working days. Tracking numbers are available and a signature is required on delivery.
We also offer a lower cost 6 day courier service. Normally these orders are collected the day after the order is placed and then delivered within 3-5 working days. A signature is not required.
You can chose your shipping method during the check-out area of the web shop and check the costs before paying.
Non-UK Orders
We try to keep our delivery cost as low as possible. Charges are based upon the weight of the goods ordered. Low cost, heavy items therefore cost more to ship than lightweight more expensive items. You can check your delivery costs before paying, by going to the web shop check-out process. Don’t forget to enter your country into the drop down box.

Non-Delivery
Other than Royal Mail Special Delivery, goods are not guaranteed for next-day delivery. Please allow up to 10 days for the goods to arrive. Non-UK destinations can take longer. All claims for non-delivery are investigated thoroughly within the limits set by the Royal Mail or the respective courier service.
